The Vibe @ Uncle Ernie’s – A True Taste of Anguilla
Uncle Ernie’s is a local restaurant on the beach and boy they didn’t disappoint. The rum punch was strong & delicious. I had steak medium well and mash with a special sauce. OMG to dieeee for. You must try. The staff was good & frequently came into beach to seee if we needed anything.
Our family of five had a delicious lunch at Uncle Ernie’s. We had both the mahi mahi and the snapper for fish dishes. Both were fresh and excellent. We had the calamari and Caesar salad to start -and these both were excellent as well. Good service. Good food. Good atmosphere.
